Noel Gallagher says Glastonbury has gone woke, and some might say he should have spotted that years ago
Noel Gallagher has never been backward at coming forward, so it’s no surprise when he has one of his periodic rants, like when he refused to wear a mask during the Covid pandemic.
The multi-millionaire musician recently spoke to the Sun about Glastonbury, and it seems he was in full grumpy old man mode.
Here’s some of what he said.
“It’s getting a bit woke now, that place, and a bit kind of preachy and a bit virtue-signalling.”
When the news hit Twitter/X, people couldn’t help wondering how Gallagher had only just spotted one of the most consistent features of the festival since day one.
