Brian Cox to present ‘Wonders of My Body’
TV News: Housewives, astrophysics students and gay men across the country will be in for a treat this autumn as idolised science guru and hadron-pesterer Professor Brian Cox presents a new series to follow his smash hit Wonders Of The Universe – this time turning away from the marvels of outer space to the unique glory of his lithe, sculpted physique.
“It is enough to doubt the non-existence of God,” Richard Dawkins said on reviewing the first episode, My Epic Chest.
“As he reflects on the passage of oxygen through his bloodstream and the finer points of the central nervous system, one is left with a sense of profound awe at his beautiful, supple deltoids. Excuse me, I have to lie down.”
Professor Cox, whose stunning eyes and mellifluous tones took us on a journey across the cosmos, will bring his natural charm and stunning good looks to the exploration of his own shapely legs, rippled abs, firm, confident shoulders and perfect bottom.
“What Brian does for science on TV is to give it a more accessible, personal, intimate quality,” says BBC spokesperson Rory Truffles, “a bit like what that Billy Piper has done for slags.”
