Earth 2.0 may have duplicate Wolverhampton
Science Latest: The scientists that discovered Kepler-22b, the most Earth-like planet ever found, have warned that it may be home to a Wolverhampton-like city.
“If Earth 2.0 contains water and an atmosphere similar to our own then there’s ample reason to suspect it may also have its own Wolverhampton,” said Dr. Patatas Bravas, deputy science team leader for NASA’s Kepler Space Telescope.
“The ramifications are horrifying. If Kepler-22b has a Wolverhampton, then it’s only logical to presume it has its own Noddy Holder, Nigel Slater and Beverly Knight.
Frankly I think we’ve already had enough of one of them, we don’t need duplicates travelling 600 light years to our planet and getting on our tits.”
“If there’s an chance of us having to deal with a duplicate Ned’s Atomic Dustbin or a duplicate Babylon Zoo then it’s time we seriously consider the nuclear option,“ said Philip Hammond, Secretary of State for Defence.
“Let’s toast these duplicate fuckers while we still can.”
