Author uses initials to sound more intellectual
Literature News: An author has abbreviated their first names solely to make their fantasy novel about a dwarf who reigns over a tribe of large breasted Amazonian women sound more intellectual.
C.L Pansy – full name Colin Leonard Pansy – decided to abbreviate his first two names instead of choosing a pen name. “Above all I must be honest with my readers, it is the artistic truth they demand,” said Pansy.
“They must truly believe this fable of the bold dwarfen warrior An’orak, who uses his swordsmanship and guile to conquer the tribe of busty Amazon warrior-women in the valley of Gla’morgan. How can I have the reader’s trust when using a fake name?”
“I would never read a book about big-titted women and a dwarf written by someone called Colin”, said esteemed literary critic Malcolm Simpson.
“But when this epic story is penned by someone with a name as majestic as C.L Pansy, then I will take this work of literature very, very seriously.”
