Dentist’s waiting room to get new magazines
Reading News: A dentist has revealed ambitious plans to replace all the magazines in his waiting room with periodicals that were published sometime in the last 18 months.
Dr. N.J Solomon of South London unveiled his grand plans for the future of the magazines in his practice’s waiting area this morning, when he pinned a hand written note to the notice board that read “New magazines coming soon”.
“It’s a great idea to introduce new reading material,” said regular patient Margaret McDonald.
“I think the most recent magazine they have is a copy of the Radio Times from 1994. As much as I like Lovejoy, I really don’t think I could read that interview with Ian McShane again.”
Since the announcement, speculation has been rife about what magazines the patients will soon be ale to read.
“I hope he gets a few copies of the National Geographic,” said one excited patient. “I love looking a nature photography before a man injects my gums with anaesthetic and fiddles about with my mouth.”
