BBC Breakfast has shown a drawing of a penis on a picture of Prince William’s head to millions of viewers across the country.

The ‘incident’ happened when the programme was showing a trailer for Barbershopera.

The BBC has since apologised for the error. “we failed to spot the offending material within it. We apologise for this.”
