Star Wars: Episode VII To Film In A Little Chef
Movie News: The producers of the latest Star Wars installment have confirmed that shooting will take place in a Little Chef on the A43 near Towcester.
“We are already filming in some memorable areas of the U.K – and some key scenes in the film take place in what’s described as the ‘the armpit of the universe’,” said Kathleen Kennedy, executive producer of Episode VII.
“So when one of the location scouts suggested the Little Chef near Towcester, we knew that we had found our armpit.”
The announcement has raised deep concerns over authenticity with Star Wars fans on social networks.
“Let’s hope we don’t see Han Solo tucking into an Early Starter breakfast,” said one concerned fan on Twitter. “Dedicated fans know that hash browns are simply not canon in the Star Wars universe.”
“If there’s a ‘joke’ about an Ewok ordering off the kids’ menu I will literally track down and kill J.J Abrams,” said another fan on Facebook.
