Disgruntled customer cross-stitches his own bank card

A man has got so tired of waiting for a replacement debit card he cross-stitched one and sent it to his bank, reports the BBC.

After the third time (and 19 days of waiting) Keith Clark was told a replacement card was being sent, he started making his own out of cross-stitch, which he sent to the Santander headquarters. He told the BBC:

“My motivation was I found it unbelievable that it takes 8-10 days to make a debit card and send it to me so I thought I’d wait and see how long it takes to get something to them. If I can knock something out and send it within three days, why can’t they?”

Clark also posted a message on the Santander UK Facebook page explaining his frustration.
