10 tips to prepare you for autumn
Don’t be fooled by the unseasonably warm weather, autumn is here and you will be horribly unprepared – unless you take some advice from Michael Spicer.

2. Embrace the variety of your autumn wardrobe, because after working hard in the gym all summer, it makes sense to hide your body under three layers of wool.

4. Autumn is a wonderfully optimistic season because the colours in the leaves, plants and flowers change to the most vibrant reds and oranges as they slowly wither and die forever in front of your very eyes.

6. There’s nothing quite as comforting in autumn as getting a heartwarmingly familiar hot drink from your favourite multi-billion pound multinational, tax-avoiding coffee chain.

8. Autumn is the perfect season for a good crumble. There are plenty of ways to do this but losing your job and getting a divorce are still the most popular.
