Making a mockery? This man thinks Steven Avery was in an episode of Murder, She Wrote

Dramatic evidence has surfaced online that suggests Making A Murderer is a scripted drama and that Steven Avery is a background extra who has featured in a number of TV shows.

“Like everyone I was gripped by the show,” says Trevor Hamis, 46, a self-confessed Making A Murderer superfan from Sussex.

“And like most people I started asking questions – did the police plant DNA evidence? Does the state of Wisconsin even exist? And didn’t I once see a young Steven Avery as an extra in an old episode of Murder, She Wrote?”

When Hamis started meticulously watching thousands of hours of television he came to a dramatic conclusion – that the hit Netflix show is a fake and that Steven Avery is a bit-part actor.

“He pops up all over the place, in episodes of Saved By The Bell, House M.D and most recently in Two and a Half Men,” claims Hamis.

“The fact he’s always looking directly into the camera makes him quite easy to spot, so I’m not sure why nobody put all the pieces of the puzzle together before. Maybe they didn’t feel the need to invent an elaborate conspiracy theory just to get some attention on the internet?”
