Redditor PetroTero has shared a picture of a birthday card they received from a friend that had shamelessly been altered from its original purpose as a sympathy card.

There’s no way of knowing whether Zach couldn’t find a birthday card in the shop, happened to have a spare sympathy card lying around or simply thought it would be funny, but his alterations were very creative.
