Donald Trump owned by Star Trek’s Sulu after “so-called judge” tweet
Actor George Takei, best known as Star Trek’s Lieutenant Sulu, set his phaser to “slap down” after Donald Trump got the hump with a US judge who rejected his immigration ban executive order.
The opinion of this so-called judge, which essentially takes law-enforcement away from our country, is ridiculous and will be overturned!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) February 4, 2017
Enter Sulu.
Trump: That so-called WA judge? Fire him.
Staff: Sir, judges can't be fired.
Trump: Says who?
Staff: The Constitution.
Trump: Never read it.— George Takei (@GeorgeTakei) February 4, 2017
This response was even better.
This "so-called" judge was nominated by a "so-called" President & was confirmed by the "so-called" Senate. Read the "so-called" Constitution https://t.co/xQotyL1kHM

Later, Trump resorted to retweeting his favourite catchphrase, this time in CAPITAL LETTERS.
MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

Cue Sulu again.
Donald, you keep saying the same thing, like some twisted version of Hodor. https://t.co/C3giHkmMw5

UPDATE:
By this time the Star Trek actor was REALLY hitting his stride. George, it’s over to you.
Trump wants White House female staff to #DressLikeAWoman. They in turn, like all of us, want him to #ActLikeAPresident.
— George Takei (@GeorgeTakei) February 4, 2017
Trump says he knows all about checks and balances. After all, he's written lots of bad checks, and typically had negative balances.

What is our country coming to when our "president" doesn't understand an independent judiciary, and anyone, even a moron, can lead the U.S.? https://t.co/cqvMIUjze9

I can't look at Steve Bannon without thinking, oh yes, GrĂma Wormtongue. And Sean Spicer? He's surely Peter Pettigrew. Yes, I am a nerd.
— George Takei (@GeorgeTakei) February 4, 2017
He's not our president. So I won't call him that. So what does that make him? At best "the Resident." It's like the President…minus the P.
