The Darkness have recorded a Southern Trains protest song and Southern Trains haters will relate strongly

Southern Trains. We all know they’re useless. Everything that was bad about British Rail but now worse because they’re gouging you for the terrible service too.

And guess what? The Darkness, yes them who did that song I Believe In A Thing Called Love have recorded a protest song.

Best bit is the chorus which, to be fair pretty much nails the experience, “it’s a journey into despair…. f*** you Southern Trains, we’re not getting anywhere.”

Well, we quite enjoyed that, if only for the utterly terrible video that was clearly recorded using the shitty effects that are built into the webcam on an old mac. We mean guys, we know the money has dried up, but doing a lip sync at a train station would be the easiest and cheapest video in the world to make.
