Someone noticed the closing credits of Predator belong to a 1980s sitcom so he did this
A chap called Greg Longstreet noticed how the cheery end credits of Arnie Schwarzenegger flick Predator were entirely out of step with the rest of the film.

In fact, they have a lot more in common with the default endings syrupy sitcoms of the 1970s and ’80s. So he did this …
Why are the closing credits to "Predator" like the opening credits to a 70s/80s era sitcom? pic.twitter.com/n2xzqRxDFD

Perfect.
The director mentioned this in the commentary. I can't remember why. I think it was so, that you leave the movie with a reminder of the characters when they were alive and that it acts a bit like an encore.

I think it's just to say "No one did get killed. It's just a movie"

Except …
Predator is not JUST a movie.
It transcends art. And life.

A better question is why is it that all movies don’t end like this?

Why doesn't the Predator appear in the and credits? pic.twitter.com/WvowyKqt24
