Twitter has a bit of a bad reputation on account of all the stalking, trolling and unsolicited d*ck pics – well, I didn’t say it was an undeserved reputation. However, it can also be a force for good, as one Houston, Texas doughnut-shop owner discovered, after his son posted this.

Just look at that sad face – and those tempting doughnuts! The tweet went viral, with over 320k retweets, but even better than that, it attracted the attention of doughnut lovers and kind-hearted people in the Houston area, who just couldn’t let the shop stay empty:
