Mark Francois wants another vote of no confidence in Theresa May – the only 7 replies you need
Tory MP and arch Brexiter Mark Francois – you remember – wants a second vote of no confidence in Theresa May because he’s really, really unhappy with how she’s handling the UK’s exit from the EU.
Here’s the letter he sent to the chair of the Tories’ 1922 committee Graham Brady, who’s responsible for this sort of thing. You don’t have to read it all now but you’ll definitely want to read what people had to say about it.
NEW: Mark Francois writes to Brady to request informal indicative vote of no confidence in PM on Weds 3pm b4 EUCO “I believe May has been a failure as Leader of our Party, which she now threatens to destroy. Hers is a classic example of hubris – and after hubris, comes nemesis.” pic.twitter.com/i6DCSgX3zd

But Mark, didn’t Conservative MPs already vote on that? Surely it would be undemocratic to do it again?
