This woman forgot she’d done an online food shop and it went from bad to worse, much worse

There are many advantages to buying your groceries online and having them delivered to the front door.

There is one big disadvantage, however, and that is the number of times the delivery person knocks on your door and you’ve totally forgotten you’d done it.

Fortunately for us it’s never resulted in an epic fail on quite this proportion, a tale shared by Redditor General_Ignoranse which really did go from bad to worse.

And just a few of the things people had to say about it.

General_Ignoranse: ‘To make it worse when I get out of the bath I have to deal with two angry cats who I shut into the bedroom to stop them from overdosing on pickle juice, clean up the pickle juice, put away my melted food shopping and then start work 3 hours late. All with a v bad back. Really not my day!!!’
