People love Chris Packham after he took time out to respond to this unlikely confession
You might know by now the rather wonderful @fesshole on Twitter which allows you to confess your sins anonymously and see if the internet will absolve you.
We mention it because it prompted this brilliant confession by someone who said they once worked in a call centre and did this to Chris Packham.
I worked in a call centre and had a call one day from Chris Packham. I wrote down his address and while backpacking around the world sent him postcards saying "Help, I'm trapped in a postcard factory"

And as is often the case with this sort of story, there was doubtless a large proportion of the people who read it who presumed it wasn’t true.
So someone did this, on the off chance that the great man would take the time to reply.
Is this true, @ChrisGPackham?

And to prove the benefit of tagging people into tweets even when it’s not necessarily a positive story about them, this happened.
I can confirm this is indeed true ! pic.twitter.com/bgK87DAXIP

And people loved him even more than they already did.

Brilliant, maybe now everyone will stop posting "didn't happen" to everything.
