This pupil’s dinosaur project at a ‘rural Texas private school’ is a proper jaw dropper
This child’s project work brought home by a pupil at a ‘rural Texas private school’ just went viral on Reddit for reasons that are presumably about to become obvious.
‘My daughter has a project at her private school. The negatives of living in rural Texas,’ said Redditor srmacman.
And it’s a proper jaw dropper.
And it got entirely the responses it deserved.
‘You pay good money for that level of wilful ignorance.’

“… Science is constantly proved all the time. You see, if we take something like any fiction, any holy book… and destroyed it, in a thousand years’ time, that wouldn’t come back just as it was. Whereas if we took every science book, and every fact, and destroyed them all, in a thousand years they’d all be back, because all the same tests would [produce] the same result.”

A bit like the school’s apparent take on dinosaurs, not everyone believed it was real. Just most of them, by the looks of it.
‘I graduated high school with a kid who didn’t believe in dinosaurs or evolution. I could not wrap my head around his views. I thought he was the only one like that and then I got older and realized the world is filled with crazies.’
