James O’Brien pointed out a major problem with Johnson’s soft launch of sanctions.
In ‘sanctioning’ three oligarchs who don’t live here & five relatively unimportant banks, Johnson has given more deserving targets time to get their loot out of town.
And in ‘getting Brexit done’, Johnson has inflicted more economic harm on the U.K. than he ever could on Russia.
