Do you have an autoclave? Autoclave them upside down and the smaller bowl will be easily removed…either that or they’ll both explode. Either way they will be separated.

Ok, here’s what you should do:
Place a thick towel in the microwave for 30 seconds. Remove and place on the floor.Then, GENTLY place the bowls upside down on the towel.
Place a solid pair of shoes on your feet, and stomp directly on the bowl.
Glue the pieces together.

This person appeared to actually know what they were talking about.
Your problem is that both bowls are ceramic.
1) Ceramic doesn’t flex.
2) The expansion coefficient of ceramics is so low that heat & cold have almost no affect.
Considering this I suggest following the advice of several others — invert the bowls onto a dry towel & wait.
