Bernie Ecclestone says he would take a bullet for Putin – 11 shots on target
Former Formula One boss and billionaire Bernie Ecclestone has nailed his colours to the mast, and they aren’t a black and white chequered pattern – and definitely not blue and yellow.

The 91-year-old, who lived in South London throughout World War II, has counted the Russian president as a friend for almost a decade, since the 2014 Russian Grand Prix. He has even unironically suggested that Putin should be running Europe.
His latest declaration of support got entirely the response it deserved.
