This A++ customer service exchange is the most relatable thing parents will see today
In the age of the ubiquitous smart speaker, your kids don’t need to know the PIN of your mobile phone or whatever to order stuff online without your knowledge.
Which is what made this exchange so relatable, a fabulous response to a customer service query which will have anyone who has kids of a certain age at home applauding.
It went viral after it was shared by @L3GSV over on Reddit who said: ‘THAT IS THE ONE PLEASE KIND CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON.’
