Everyone’s schooling Elon Musk on Twitter but this is surely the most satisfying yet
Elon Musk’s $44bn purchase of Twitter is going just as well as everyone thought it would, which is to say very badly indeed.
There have been no shortage of memorable exchanges, such as this one, between Musk and Stephen King.
And this fabulous (legal) comedy in three parts, as highlighted by @jimmfelton on Twitter.
Which brings us nicely to another winning exchange after Musk drove a coach and horses through the old blue tick verification system, not only by charging for it but fundamentally changing what it’s about.
And it might be the most satisfying takedown yet.
Nailed it.
‘Imagine spending 44 billion to fuel your public humiliation fetish. Only explanation that makes sense.’
MoonRakerWindow‘This is one of the most entertaining train wrecks in recent memory.’
i_ata_starfish-twice‘Elon was 100% right about one thing, though – comedy is definitely back at Twitter. This is funny as hell.’
