People loved Chloe Kelly’s reaction after scoring England’s winner in the penalty shootout against Nigeria

England’s last 16 women’s World Cup match against Nigeria was an absolute nail biter, England triumphing 4-2 in the penalty shootout after the game finished goalless after extra time.

Not only that, England were reduced to 10 players after Lauren James was sent off in the 85th minute for a stamp on Michelle Alozie.

Here’s England’s Chloe Kelly scoring the decisive spot kick in the penalty shootout.

But that’s not why we’re here (fabulous as it was). It was Kelly’s response after her penalty had gone in, leaving the Nigeria keeper Chiamaka Nnadozie distraught on the turf.

Beautifully done.

And here are just a few of the many, many things people were saying about that moment.
