A letter to the Economist may hold the most succinct assessment of the Tories you’ll see this side of the election

With so much long-winded analysis across all the media ahead of the general election, it was very refreshing to read this succinct assessment by Simon Rake in Devon, via a letter to The Economist.

It simply says it all in just two sentences.
