Break out the popcorn! Trump says he will ‘absolutely’ debate Kamala Harris

Since Joe Biden announced that he will be stepping down after his term ends, Donald Trump‘s Truth Social account has been taking a battering, with rants about everything from Biden’s unfitness to be in power, to how he (Trump) was forced to ‘take a bullet for democracy’.

There was also this early reaction, on the topic of his intended second debate with Biden.

My debate with Crooked Joe Biden, the Worst President in the history of the United States, was slated to be broadcast on Fake News ABC, the home of George Slopadopolus, sometime in September. Now that Joe has, not surprisingly, has quit the race, I think the Debate, with whomever the Radical Left Democrats choose, should be held on FoxNews, rather than very biased ABC. Thank you! DJT

Many took it as a sign that he was preparing to wriggle out of doing the debate at all.

The US Secretary of State for Transportation, Pete Buttigieg told Kaitlan Collins why he believes Trump is afraid to debate Kamala Harris.
