Watch this comedian savagely troll the GOP while pretending to be a JD Vance campaign official

The city of Springfield in Clark County, Ohio, has had an uneasy relationship with resident Haitians whipped up into threats and hate crimes by the baseless rhetoric of JD Vance and Donald Trump.

Here’s an example of the Trump-Vance campaign lies.

Satirist Walter Masterson addressed the issue at a recent City Commission meeting, but he did it while pretending to be an official from the JD Vance campaign, and it truly wound up the Republicans present.

“We mean no disrespect to the hardworking people of Haitia. Listen, it’s simple – we love immigration, we just don’t want illegal immigration.

Now, the Haitian community has immigrated here legally, and we think that should be illegal.

Ever since the Haitians have arrived, they’ve been dressing like prom every day, they’re buying groceries from local businesses, and property values have skyrocketed. Oh, wait …they’re going up? Alright, so – property values are going up because the Haitians are paying above-market rent on time with money. Money that, you know, they’ve earned from, you know, taking black jobs, I guess. We’re from the JD Vance campaign, that’s our official motto.

Medicare! Welfare! Food stamps! Homeless services! These are all programmes we’ve been trying to cut for decades, and now immigrants are using them to become functional tax-paying citizens, we believe in the American dream, over at the JD Vance campaign – and in order to achieve that dream, we need to stop other people from that dream.”

We particularly enjoyed the residents trying not to laugh. Here’s how Twitter/X responded.
