Brewdog boss and mega millionaire James Watt says you don’t need a work-life balance and the entirety of the internet responded as one
You might not be overly familiar with James Watt but you’ll probably know his beer.
The Brewdog boss stepped down from his chief executive role last year after turning the drink into a global brand (although not without controversy – a whole load of them in fact – which you can read all about here).
We mention Watt because him and his fiancé, Made in Chelsea star Georgia Toffolo, have been telling everyone that you really need to stop worrying about your work-life balance.
Because what you really need to concentrate on is … work-life integration. No we’ve not been drinking.

If that doesn’t drive you to booze (anything but Brewdog) nothing will (entirely unrelated fact – Watt is said to be worth £262m, according to the Mirror).
And while it might be exaggerating to say the entirety of the internet responded as one, quite a lot of it did. And these people said it best.

I loathe these linkedin wankers who’ve never worked on a building site in their lives giving it the biggun about passion & energy.

Maybe Brewdogs employees might not be as WIRED as the onwers of Brewdog as they’ve abandonded the REAL Living wage of £12.60 and now pay the Min Wage of £11.44 (wonder if that’s the ideas they come up with at the family breakfast table, we’ll cut wages)https://t.co/2TlOhUCFbA

How do you achieve work/life “integration” as a delivery driver of beer kegs to, let’s say, a brewdog pub? Or as a bartender at, let’s say, a brewdog pub? Or as a cleaner at, let’s say, a brewdog pub?!?
