How about paying a decent wage for those at the bottom, namely £15 to £20 per hour. That may encourage a better work ethic. Along with more flexible hours, a 4 day week and working from home where feasible.

Brits do have a work ethic. The trouble is it counts for absolutely nothing when the wages are so crap. Employers need to value their employees and pay them what they are actually worth – and right now that isn’t happening

Brits’ current work ethic matches what they are paid. If employees got looked after by many of the employers out there, then they could rightly expect more from their employees

Are there 9 million jobs for the 9 million people who are not working. Are these real jobs not zero hour contracts, what did the govt his party recently led do to train these people and make them employable. Just some questions that could be asked. https://t.co/1wGa39DRUS
