The triangle dance trend might be the biggest threat to knees ever passed off as fun
If you quite like the thought of straining your back, putting a knee out and injuring two friends at the same time, the Triangle Dance challenge was definitely one for you. It was short-lived, for reasons which will soon be apparent, but it was big news in 2019.
