This butt-clenching tale of little Englanders toasting their farewells at an airport Wetherspoon got the entire internet saying the same thing
Over on Twitter there’s an account called Lord Miles Official – @real_lord_miles – which describes itself as the ‘last Great British Explorer who goes to the most extreme places on Earth for fun. Catholic ✝️’.
And while it’s not quite April Fool’s Day, it’s one of those accounts that might you scrolling down – and down – to convince you it’s not a spoof. We’re still not entirely sure, TBH.
And we mention it because apparently @real_lord_miles has had enough of living in Blighty and naturally took to Twitter to write about it.

They both had branded aluminum hand luggage worth $3k. Millionaires leaving the UK.
You’ve definitely got the idea by now, and the reason we’re here – finally! – is because of all the rather fabulous replies it prompted.
And while it wouldn’t be entirely correct the say the entire internet – that would be a lot – responded the same way, it wasn’t far off.
