“Chocolate cheese” is apparently a thing now
As if 2016 wasn’t bad enough so far, now a “dairy specialist” in Melbourne, Australia, has come up with a chocolate cheese called Choco 21.
They describe it as “an Italian blue cheese ripened in chocolate liqueur, then rubbed in cocoa and decorated with chocolate chips.”
Sounds like a great way to ruin two perfectly good things, but apparently all supplies of Choco 21 sold out within a week.
