Refs made a mess of that. When the ball stops travelling towards the goal, the ball is dead. Hits bar, goes away from goal, should be dead.

Wrong mate. Ball in play. If it hits the post, hits keeper and goes in, then it's no goal. Only in shoot outs obviously

I’m never too sure about those. The ball is dead when it “ceases its forward momentum”. Does that include spin? Law isn’t clear.
