Three quips about Tim Farron and gay sex that’ll make you laugh or your money back
Tim Farron – remember him? He was the leader of the Lib Dems for a bit after the famous one left. You know, a bit like when Johnny Hates Jazz got a new singer who wasn’t Johnny.
He’s most famous for some trouble in the last elections where he struggled with questions about his opinions on “gay sex being a sin” what with his Christianity and all.
Well he’s back in the press, making sure you know that this is the one issue he’ll be remembered for, by doing an interview where he makes it clear he 100% does think gay sex is a sin.
And this has set the wags off – so here’s the three best jokes – we read them all – really this is the best three

Although to give the final word to Tim, we did like this little exchange
And you have to – at some level – feel a bit sorry for the hapless current leader of the Lib Dems being forced to distance himself from such 19th century views
I strongly disagree with @timfarron’s personal views expressed today. @libdems have a long & proud record of fighting for #LGBT+ rights: campaigning to repeal section 28, equalising age of consent and legislating for equal marriage. I will continue to champion rights and dignity.

Bugger off Tim.
