12 times internet sexists got owned in the best way
On the internet, you’re never more than six clicks away from a sexist, but for every sexist there’s someone – usually a woman – ready to put them in their place. These are 12 of the very best and most scathing examples.
1. Women don’t like sports
2. Women shouldn’t make direct eye contact
3. Women can’t be friends with men
4. Women can’t be trusted with control of their own bodies
5. Boys are stupid
6. Women can be more than one thing
7. Body shaming gets you nowhere
I don't like you https://t.co/91TJ5xypV8

8. Housework is everyone’s job
9. Women’s armour doesn’t have to have breasts
10. “Wife material” isn’t a thing

12. It takes two …
Finally, the best take-down artist on Twitter, Chrissy Teigen, burnt all the new-mother shamers out there, with this tweet directed at her own husband, John Legend, after she had been criticised for going out to a restaurant a week after their baby was born.
wow didn’t u just have a baby John smh go take care of it !!!!!! disgusting pic.twitter.com/l20XJGQ2Fu

And he backed her up.
Funny there's no dad-shaming. When both of us go out to dinner, shame both of us so Chrissy doesn't have to take it all. We'll split it.

Which is exactly as it should be.
