Flashback to the time the far-right were chased out of Liverpool to the Benny Hill theme tune
On Saturday, a far-right group turned up via train for a March through Liverpool. It didn’t work out quite how they’d planned it, however, partly because there weren’t many of them, but mostly because Liverpool doesn’t take kindly to racists and knows how to deal with them.
This time, they didn’t make it far beyond the station and ended up running back to their train.
This isn’t the first time fascists thugs have been humiliated in the city, though. There was this other time a group called National Action wanted to have a ‘White Man’ march, but didn’t even manage to leave the station – in fact, they hid in Lost Property.
Anyone lost their racist?

Time and again their plans are thwarted, but never in a funnier way than when one Scouser brought a sound system to the party and the EDL were chased out of Liverpool accompanied by the Benny Hill theme tune. Understandably, this clip contains strong language.

They might want some ointment for that.
