Here’s the great Richard Osman on Twitter, sharing the first three capital cities he’d visit. You know, if he had a choice and everything.
If I was to visit just one capital city it would be Seoul. If I decided on another one, that would be Dublin. And if I added a third it would be Tripoli.

Why Seoul? I went there for work in the 1990s. My most abiding memories are of a colleague driving into a car park lift and being chided by a waitress for "sitting like a woman" at a low restaurant table.
