This shop had the perfect response to a customer’s 1-star review because a homeless man sits outside it

There are no doubt lots of legitimate reasons to give a store a one-star review. But using the fact that a homeless man sometimes sits outside it, well, that isn’t one of them.

But it didn’t stop this customer who posted this review about a donut shop in San Diego.

And the store owner, a chap called Brad, had simply the perfect response.

Manages to be heartfelt, polite, and an absolutely brilliant takedown of his crappy 1-star review, all at the same time.

‘It’s easier to be nice than to be a dick,’ said beerbellybegone who shared it on Reddit.
