This performance of Mambo from West Side Story will bring a dash of joy to your day

If you only watch one clip of orchestral music today – and you probably will – make it this one, simply because it’s so joyous.

Now, that’s how you play a mambo, and if that doesn’t get a few more people watching Stephen Spielberg’s adaptation of the Romeo and Juliet retelling, with music by Leonard Bernstein and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, nothing will.
