A woman shared the amazing note she found from her dad 9 years after he died and it’s incredible moving and a life lesson for us all.
Associate professor of English Amy Clukey went wildly viral after she posted the note on Twitter, saying: ‘Note from my dad found in his bee keeping equipment nine years after his death. He is missed.’

And here it is again, just in case that’s difficult to read.
‘I hope this note is found by one of my children who is curious about beekeeping.
‘Beekeeping is actually pretty easy and you can learn everything you need to know online.
‘Bees make more products than just honey and as a hobby it can be a source of extra income, so don’t be afraid, have courage.
‘Good luck, love, dad.’
And here are just a few of the many, many things people were saying about it.
This was absolutely beautiful to read. He sounds pretty great. pic.twitter.com/SMIFj8e0Fb

"So don't be afraid. Have courage. Good luck
Love dad"
I lost my dad in 2002, if I found this note i would get that quote tattooed in his exact handwriting and look at it every day.

I lost my dad in 2018. He played guitar and this was from one of his handwritten lyrics sheets. pic.twitter.com/A2AfC5HSAo

My dad left this note on a hastily-packed cardboard box when I moved 13 years ago. We butted heads most of our lives so this was as close to "love" as he would get (the Parkinson's that affected his handwriting took him in 2020): "Save the drill, it works!" pic.twitter.com/xVZL7NUm7Q

My dad wasn’t quite as sentimental but one of his favorite lives was “when it’s not in use, turn off the juice.” Every time there’s a wiring job my brother goes down to the panel box that’s labeled in his handwriting and has to pause a few minutes. 🥲

My dad (passed in 2014) loved gardening, and after I bought my first place, which had a tiny yard, he created a plan for me, including cutouts of what each plant looks like. I will keep it forever. pic.twitter.com/FNpST67eOQ

Last word to @AmyClukey.
I was not expecting this post to get so much attention, but I think my dad would’ve appreciated it. I don’t have a SoundCloud to plug, so here’s a picture of us together taken the summer he wrote this note. pic.twitter.com/kZuOul5jC8
