Joe Biden was hoping to convince everyone that he really was the man to take on Donald Trump in the presidential elections later this year except his Nato press conference didn’t quite go as planned.

It went so badly, in fact, that not only did he introduce Volodymyr Zelensky as ‘President Putin’ he referred to Kamala Harris as ‘vice president Trump’.
