Richard Madeley’s face when Kate Garraway had the temerity to ask a question is a fabulously satisfying watch

To the studios of Good Morning Britain where Susanna Reid had a break from having to co-present alongside Richard Madeley, with Kate Garraway filling in.

And we mention it not because of anything Madeley says – thank goodness – but because of the look on his face when Garraway had the temerity to ask a question.

We’re not sure it’s Garraway talking over Madeley, more a case of Madeley attempting to talk over Garraway, who wasn’t having it.

And just look at the expression on his face.

Now it’s always possible to read too much into someone’s expression, of course, but this is what it looked like to these people …
